BLAZER
Micheal
Blazer has been involved in the call center industry for the last two
decades. His accomplishments include call center creation from
inception to profitability and building successful sales
teams.
Micheal's
seasoned telemarketing management
skills as well as inbound call center experience come from companies
such as Pacesetter Corporation, AT&T Broadband, First City
Financial, Internet Communications and Teletech. During the last
4 years he has been involved with The Alternative Board in marketing
and franchise development.
Micheal
has created call center processes, strong teams and motivational
techniques. His extensive knowledge is proven in the
successful creation and implementation of training modules and
procedures for all phases of call center development. His experience
in managing multiple cross-functional call center sites including
blended environments with inbound and outbound functionalities is a
